President and CEO
Steven Gordon has held Sr. Executive Positions at ADC Telecommunications, Acterna, FireNetworks (a Danaher Company) and recently was part of Alcatel-Lucent’s (ALU) leadership for OSS/BSS Services in NA. At Alcatel Gordon was a key member of the team responsible for winning the contract for the Lightspeed Project for AT&T. Gordon was specifically responsible for Alcatel’s systems strategy for AT&T and the initial creation of the numerous labs in support of AT&T's Network and Back Office Transformation. Gordon has been a contributor to the T1E1.4 DSL committee, representative at EURESCOM, has been a featured speaker by the IEC-NCF, IIR and Western Engineering Consortium. Gordon is currently a member of the Board of Directors for ATIS.
Vice President of Operations
William Watkins is Vice President of Operations and head of Architecture and Customer Services, where he is responsible for aligning NetTraffic’s technology strategy and vision with customer requirements and business opportunities and fostering the company’s business relationships. Prior to coming to NetTraffic in February 2008, William held positions of Director of OSS/BSS Labs North America, Senior Manager IPTV Field Deployment, and Senior Manager of NGDLC Integration Testing at Alcatel - Lucent. He also held a wide range of leadership positions at competitive local exchange carrier BellSouth Telecommunications. There he played a pivotal part in BellSouth’s Frame Relay, ATM, and Broadband services, in the areas of program management, staff support, and operations.
